Hi Helen, this is where it starts getting a bit techy tbh! I kept it simple with folders & batch file naming but there are more complicated & arguably ‘better’ ways to do it. I think your best bet is to join the FB page: Advice from the Organising Pros
There is lots on there about this aspect.
